Quality Assurance Tech

Reporting to the Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory (FSQR) Compliance Manager, the Quality Assurance (QA) Technician is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer quality, food safety and regulatory requirements. QA Technicians monitor and inspect raw materials, work in progress and finished goods. This position is required to routinely communicate product deviations to the FSQR Manager and the Production Supervisor.

Accounts Payable

The finance department is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist-Accountant to serve as a key member of the financial team, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. Your ability to work both independently and to support the team in process improvement and accuracy are key. This role maintains and fosters positive relationships between vendor partners, growers, and management.

Clerical Support Specialist

We are looking for a qualified Clerical Support Specialist to join our sales team and help us achieve our Sales objectives and support our growing organization with data entry and clerical support. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives and other sales support areas. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices, forecasting and overall knowledge of the CPG industry.

Mechanical Millwright

Primarily with a focus in the equipment modification and fabrication of industrial equipment, conducting minor and major adjustments to eliminate waste, improve throughput, and create a safer work environment for employees. Would be the ‘go-to’ in-house person for all required fabrication and also be point-contact for working in collaboration with out-sourced Millwrights for specific portions of their work depending on tools and time available for a project. Must be able to enter completion notes consistently into Fiix after work orders are complete.

Maintenance Parts and Scheduler

Primarily with a focus in the tracking, ordering, and organizing of parts required for repairs as well as an understanding of who on the team has the skills to complete each potential assignment. Directly supports planning through support of the Maintenance Lead and Operations Manager and is expected to have a high level of awareness of the status of repairs facility wide.

Plant Electrician

Primarily with a focus in the electrical repair and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, conducting electrical surveys, inspections, tightening of connections, maintaining weight cells, photo eyes, and other electrical related equipment and sensors especially those pertaining to safety systems. Must be able to enter completion notes consistently into Fiix after work orders are complete.

Production Floor Staff

The “Production Floor Staff 2” takes directions from the Production Lead as what area to work. The Production Floor Staff 2 is expected to load, unload, feed and place materials on equipment, totes and pallets. This position helps ensure that all products are processed to the highest standard of quality. The Production Floor Staff 2 is required to notify the Machine Operator of any mechanical issues.

Sanitation Technician

The “Sanitation Staff” takes direction for the Quality Assurance Manager. The Sanitation Staff reports to Sanitation Lead. The Sanitation Staff ensures all HACCP, SQF, GMP’s, Allergens and Organic processing requirements are followed. This position works directly with the Production Manager to ensure the production schedule is met.

Forklift

The “Forklift Operator” is responsible for operating a forklift to accurately move, locate, relocate, stack and count materials. The Forklift Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. This position also Checks and Fills Orders as part of required duties. The Forklift Operator works directly with Cold Storage Manager and Inventory Control staff.
