OPEN POSITIONS
Forklift Operator 3 (cold storage)
Responsible for supplying the production area with produce as requested, responsible for loading and unloading trucks, entering inventory information into our computer system, cycle counts, loading shipping containers. Responsibilities: Use hand scanner and computer input to maintain accurate inventory for start of the load and finish of the load. Able to document cycle counts correctly Keep a clean and organized work area (freezers, coolers, anything on a pallet, trailers) Unload and load trailers. Both enclosed and flatbed. Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on forklift Report all repair needs to maintenance staff Comply with company policies and procedures Follow GMP Food Safety Procedures & Policies Sort and track pallet condition, preventing damage when possible
Warehouse Supervisor – Swing Shift
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for effectively managing and developing a team focused on maintaining inventory accuracy, while supporting operational performance goals. The position is responsible for ensuring the daily completion of all work in process and investigating & reconciling discrepancies as needed. The Warehouse Supervisor manages the completion of physical cycle counts and inventory audits, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records and identify discrepancies, maintaining an inventory accuracy of 95% or better.
Maintenance Tech 2
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician 2 is responsible for performing advanced maintenance tasks to support the efficient operation of manufacturing and packaging equipment in the facility. This mid-level position involves conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing preventive maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of IQF fruit processing and packaging equipment.
Transportation Manager
The Transportation Manager oversees the FPF’s fleet and driver team and has oversight of FPF’s partnerships with third-party carriers and third-part warehouses. Key Responsibilities:
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food processing plant to ensure efficient, safe, and quality production. This role involves managing production teams, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, optimizing production processes, and minimizing waste. The Operations Manager will work closely with other departments to achieve production goals, maintain a high standard of food quality, and drive continuous improvements within the plant. This role requires a collaborative leadership style along with a keen attention to detail, a willingness to “go the extra mile” to achieve business-critical timelines, and zero tolerance for short cuts that compromise human safety and/ or food safety.
